Governance
The Hampshire Home Choice scheme is overseen by the Hampshire Home Choice Board, which includes representatives from all five partner councils, Winchester Landlord Services and four Registered Providers (Housing Associations). The Board meets quarterly.
Two sub‑groups manage day‑to‑day operations:
- Officer Group – made up of local authority officers
- Registered Provider User Group – includes local authority officers and participating landlords
