Equalities

The Councils must follow the Equality Act 2010 and are committed to providing equal access to everyone applying for social housing. The Councils and their partner Registered Providers promote fairness and equality throughout the application and lettings process.

To ensure this, applications and lettings may be monitored.

The Hampshire Home Choice scheme was reviewed through an Equality Impact Assessment in January 2013 and again in April 2014.
