We publish details of recent lets, including:

  • the number of bids placed
  • the band of the successful applicant
  • the priority date of the successful applicant

This helps you understand how popular certain properties or areas are, and how long you may need to wait. You can then decide whether to bid for different property types or areas where waiting times may be shorter.

We are not able to give individual feedback on each unsuccessful bid.
