Winchester Housing Trust are delighted to announce a new development of affordable housing in Whitehill and Bordon through its partnership with Rentplus.

Rentplus is to offer award-winning no deposit, affordable rent to buy properties for the first time in Hampshire. The houses will be on the Taylor Wimpey Dukes Quarter housing development in Whitehill & Bordon.

Available properties will be advertised on Hampshire Home Choice shortly. To be considered you will be required to meet the Minimum Household Income thresholds, as set out below.

One bedroom flat - £25,000

Two bedroom flat - £35,000

Two bedroom house - £40,000

Three bedroom house (small) -  £50,000

Three bedroom house (large) - £55,000
