Family Activities for residents in Eastleigh, take part in free and low cost activities across the summer holidays

For residents in Eastleigh, take part in free and low cost activities at venues around the Borough across the summer holidays.

 

Free Family Fun Days, Thursdays in August at Itchen Valley Country Park

For accompanied 4 to 11years olds in receipt of benefit related free school meals.

There will be games, crafts, cooking sessions and lots more to explore nature plus, we will provide you with a two course lunch. If you book two days or more before you will also be eligible for free transport through a multi-stop bus or via disability transport.

Bookings open on Thursday 11th July 2024.

Local Housing Allowance (LHA) determines the maximum financial support available for renters in the private rented sector.

Your LHA rate affects how much help you get when renting from a private landlord. It is used to work out both:

  • Housing benefit
  • Universal credit housing element.

LHA rates will increase in April 2024.
