Welcome to Hampshire Home Choice

IMPORTANT NEWS ITEMS:

BIDDING FOR PROPERTIES

Properties are advertised from Wednesday to Sunday each week. It is important that you only bid for properties that you would like to live in and that meets your needs. The property advert will give you information about the property to allow you to decide if the property is suitable for you.

You may want to consider the following when deciding to bid on a property:

  • Is the area suitable for your employment or children's schools
  • Is the property close enough to family and friends
  • Is the property close to shops and other Services, i.e. Public Transport, GP, banks etc.
  • Are the rooms in the property big enough for you
  • Is there enough parking
  • Can you afford the property

REFUSAL OF SUITABLE ACCOMMODATION

If you successfully bid and refuse an offer on two occasions within a six month period your application will be suspended for six months from the date of the second refusal.

IT IS IMPORTANT YOU ONLY BID FOR PROPERTIES WHICH IF OFFERED YOU WOULD ACCEPT.
